3rd Annual Miss Bama Belle

Miss Bama Belle will be held at

On September 18th from 9am-5:00PM

Pageant is Separated into 2 sessions.

9am-12pm ages 0-5yr

1pm-5pm ages 9 and Up

Entry Fee is $110.00

-Your Entry Fee covers Beauty, all Side Awards and Optional Casual Wear (ages 0-3yr) or Optional Fun Fashion (ages 4yr & Up)

Please Send a deposit of $45 to paypal.me/AH01 or Venmo and include a note with your childs name, age division and Miss Bama Belle. Balance of $65 can be paid anytime before 09/16 using Paypal , Venmo OR with Cash on pageant day.

DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID WITHIN 2 HOURS OF SUBMITTING FORM OR YOU FORFEIT YOUR SPOT AND ANY EARLY ENTRY AWARD YOU MAY HAVE EARNED

There will be 13 divisions:

0-12m, 13-23m, 2y, 3y, 4y, 5y, 6y, 7y, 8y, 9-10y, 11-12y, 13-15y, 16-19yr

-Each division will have 3 winners that will win a Fully Round Signature Crown and beautiful custom-made monogrammed sash.

-We will be awarding 3 titles per age division.

-Those titles are: Miss Bama Belle (top highest overall score), Face of Miss Bama Belle (2nd highest score) and Miss Bama Belle Princess (3rd highest score) all other participants will be recognized as alternates and will receive a gorgeous crown and sash. No one goes home empty handed

2yr Toddler Miss Bama Belle

3yr Wee Miss Bama Belle

4yr Tiny Miss Bama Belle

5yr Little Miss Bama Belle

8yr Junior Miss Bama Belle

9/10yr Junior Pre-Teen Miss Bama Belle

11/12yr Pre-Teen Miss Bama Belle

13-15yr Teen Miss Bama Belle

16-20 Miss Bama Belle

-Winners for Ages 0m-8yr will receive a cash scholarship of $10 per contestant in division

-Winners for ages 9-10yr will receive cash scholarship of $20 per contestant in their division

-Winners for ages 11-15yr will receive cash scholarship of $25 per contestant in their division

-Our Highest Score in our Miss Division (16-19yr) will receive a $500 cash scholarship.

Optional Overall Titles are $35.

 **They are NOT included with your entry fee.

-Overall Titles will be awarded per breakdown.

-There will be 6 titles awarded for each breakdown of ages

-Breakdowns are: 0-23m, 2-3yr, 4-5yr, 6-8yr, 9-12yr and 13 and Up.

Overall Most Photogenic

Overall Casual Wear (Ages 0-3yr)

Overall Fun Fashion (Ages 4yr & Up)

Overall Facial Beauty

Overall Best Dressed

Overall Personality

Overall Best Interview (Only for ages 4 and Up)

OPTIONAL INTERVIEW

-$25 per person for ages 4 years and up.

-I must have 20 girls registered for this event to have interview.

-Please pay the $25 Interview fee when you sign up.

-Interview will take place in your formal attire. No interview dress needed.

-Judges are aware that the contestants will be stage ready.

-There will be 1 Interview winner per Division and 1 Overall Winner in each supreme breakdown.

-The winner of each group will receive a nice award.

**These are a separate set of judges and you may send in a recording device with your daughter to video her interview.

HAIR AND MAKEUP RULES

-Ages 0-23 months- no makeup

-Ages 2-4yr- light powder, blush, mascara and lip gloss

-Ages 5yr and Up - Full face but age appropriate makeup. Lashes allowed.

-Styled pageant hair is allowed for all ages, NO FALLS OR WIGLETS but Clip in Extensions ARE ALLOWED.

-NO FLIPPERS.

-Nails are allowed for ages 5 and Up.

-Fake tans ARE allowed but keep them light and natural.

BEAUTY RULES

-Ages 0-4 may wear long or short dresses.

-Ages 5 and Up should wear long pageant dresses.

-We are looking for a Miss America/Miss USA style walk.

-Babies are allowed to wave and blow kisses

-Older girls may have their hand on their hip but custom routines and glitz walks or modeling are NOT ALLOWED.

FUN FASHION RULES

-For this event we will have Optional Fun Fashion for ages 4 and Up.

-Fun Fashion Outfits may be off the rack or custom.

-Your outfit should showcase your personality.

-During Fun Fashion routines/modeling is allowed.

-Your fun fashion scores will not count towards your beauty scores. They will be separate.

CASUAL WEAR RULES

-For this event we will have Optional Casual wear for ages 0-3yr.

-Casual wear outfits may be custom or off the rack.

-During Casual wear routines/modeling is allowed.

-Your casual score will not count towards your beauty scores. They will be separate.

PHOTOGENIC RULES

-There will be a photogenic winner from each age division and 1 Overall Photogenic winner from each supreme breakdown.

-The Division Photogenic winner is included in the entry fee.

**The overall Photogenic winner is not included in the entry fee. It is covered in the $30 overall supreme package.

-Photos Must be a 5 x7 photo

- Photos must be current.

-Photos need to be a natural style photo. Glitz photos will NOT be allowed.

-Professional Natural edited photos are allowed.

-Every contestant will receive an Award.

-Open to all areas. No residency restrictions.

-We are taking a maximum of 10 per age division.

-If there is more than 10, we will break down the division into Group A and Group B

-No door entries allowed without prior permission from Andrea Hollis.

-We reserve the right to combine age groups if less than 3 are registered for the division.

-Door admission is $5.00 per adult. Children $3.00 5 and Under are free.

-Each paid pageant entry includes 1 parent or guardian door admission.

-Any participant or adult showing bad sportsmanship will be asked to leave the premises.

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERABLE UNLESS AN EVENT IS CANCELLED.
